Processing: Orders are typically processed within 2–4 working days. During sales, launches, or peak periods, processing may take a little longer.

Delivery: Once shipped, domestic orders generally arrive within 3–5 days, depending on your location and our logistics partner.

Tracking: You’ll receive a tracking link via email, SMS, or WhatsApp once your order ships.

Because our products are made with care and in limited quantities, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once placed.

Exchanges: Eligible items can be exchanged for a different size within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unworn, unused, tagged, and in original packaging. One size exchange per item is allowed and is subject to availability.

Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately. We’ll make it right and provide a full refund where applicable.

Not Eligible: Bandana masks, undergarments, personalized/custom products, final-sale items, and gift cards cannot be exchanged or returned.

If your requested size is unavailable, we’ll issue store credit instead. Store credit issued after July 2024 is valid for 3 months from the date of issue.
