Because our products are made with care and in limited quantities, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once placed.

Exchanges: Eligible items can be exchanged for a different size within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unworn, unused, tagged, and in original packaging. One size exchange per item is allowed and is subject to availability.

Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately. We’ll make it right and provide a full refund where applicable.

Not Eligible: Bandana masks, undergarments, personalized/custom products, final-sale items, and gift cards cannot be exchanged or returned.

If your requested size is unavailable, we’ll issue store credit instead. Store credit issued after July 2024 is valid for 3 months from the date of issue.
