We carefully pack and ship every order to make sure it reaches you safely.
Processing: Orders are typically processed within 2–3 working days. During sales, launches, or peak periods, processing may take a little longer.
Delivery: Once shipped, domestic orders generally arrive within 3–7 working days, depending on your location and our logistics partner.
Tracking: You’ll receive a tracking link via email, SMS, or WhatsApp once your order ships.
Cancellations: Orders can be cancelled or changed within 3 hours of being placed. Email hello@thefourthdimension.club as soon as possible. After that, your item is already being printed and can't be cancelled.
Exchanges: Eligible items can be exchanged for a different size within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unworn, unused, tagged, and in original packaging. One size exchange per item is allowed and is subject to availability.
Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately. We’ll make it right and provide a replacement or full refund. Returns and refunds are only available for damaged, defective or incorrect items.
Not Eligible: Bandana masks, undergarments, personalized/custom products, final-sale items, and gift cards cannot be exchanged or returned.
If your requested size is unavailable, we’ll issue store credit instead. Store credit issued after July 2024 is valid for 3 months from the date of issue.
