Chest: Measure around the fullest part of your chest, keeping the tape horizontal.
Length: Measure from the highest point of the shoulder to the bottom hem.
Shoulder: Measure from one shoulder point to the other, across the back.
Sleeve: Measure from the shoulder point to the end of the sleeve.
Sleeve Opening: Measure around the widest part of the sleeve opening.
Waist: Measure around your natural waistline, just above the hip bones, keeping the tape horizontal.
Total Length: For shorts, measure from the top of the waistband down to the bottom hem.
Inseam Length: Measure from the crotch seam to the bottom hem along the inner leg.
